On June 1, 2021, Zong Yongheng, a member of the Kaifeng Municipal Supervisory Committee, was successfully appointed as a researcher at the Henan University Duty Crime Prosecution Research Center. Director Liu Luyang represented the research center in presenting the letter of appointment to Mr. Zong Yongheng. The appointment ceremony was successfully held in the first meeting room.

After the appointment, Mr. Zong Yongheng gave a lecture titled "Discussion on Supervision and Reform of the Supervision System" to postgraduate students at the Henan University Law School. Mr. Zong Yongheng explained the historical context of the Chinese supervision system, the development of the Communist Party of China's supervision system, the main content of the new era supervision system reform, and the promotion of various types of supervision coordination. The lecture was humorous and lively, starting from the basics and gradually deepening, and received applause from the students present.
