Wang Li, born in 1978 in Dancheng County, Henan Province, is a Ph.D. holder in Environmental and Resource Protection Law and a postdoctoral researcher in Human Geography. He currently serves as the Vice Dean and Associate Professor at the Henan University School of law. Additionally, he holds concurrent positions as the Deputy Director of the Supreme People's Procuratorate's Research Base for Prosecution of Duty-related Crimes at Henan University and the Head of the Environmental and Resource Protection Law Discipline.
He has led and completed over 4 provincial and ministerial-level projects and more than 10 municipal-level projects. He has also led the drafting of legislative proposals for horizontal legislation, such as the "Kaifeng Dust Pollution Prevention and Control Regulations" and the "Kaifeng Fire Management Regulations." Wang has published over 30 papers and authored 2 academic monographs.
Moreover, he serves as a director of the Energy Law Research Association of the China Law Society, a director of the Environmental and Resource Protection Law Research Association of the Henan Law Society, an executive director of the Legislative Studies Research Association of the Kaifeng Law Society, and a director of the Yellow River Basin Ecological Protection Legal Research Association of the Kaifeng Law Society. He is also an expert in the Legal Expert Committee of the Henan Environmental Protection Federation, a consultant expert of the Kaifeng People's Procuratorate, and a legislative consultant of the Standing Committee of the Kaifeng People's Congress.
