Cao Can

Cao Can, born in 1994, holds a Ph.D. in Procedural Law from China University of Political Science and Law. She is currently an Associate Researcher at the Duty Crime Prosecution Research Center of Henan University and a lecturer at the School of Humanities and Social Sciences at North China Electric Power University.
