Gu Yongchao, born in 1980, is from Qinyang, Henan Province. He holds a Ph.D. in Criminal Law and is a researcher at the Public Prosecution Research Center for Duty Crimes at Henan University. He is also an associate professor at the School of Law at Henan University. Hosted and completed a ministerial level project of the Chinese Law Society. Published one academic work at the People's Publishing House. I have published more than 20 academic articles in CSSCI journals such as the Chinese Journal of Criminal Law, the Rule of Law Forum, Archives Communication, and Archives Research. Received the first prize for social science achievements at the department level twice, and the second and third prizes four times.
