There are three alienation phenomenon of criminal reconciliation in the public prosecution: nature alienation, Functionalienation and procedure alienation. For the prevention and control of criminal reconcliation alienation, we should correctly understand the nature, functions and procedures of the criminal reconeiliation, improve a complete set of system of criminal recon-ciliation and optimize the working mechanism of criminal reconciliation.
