At present, there is no Basic Law in China on the connection procedures for the execution of copyright related crimes, and relevant provisions are scattered in various administrative regulations, without forming a sound procedural mechanism. There are problems in the operation of the execution linkage procedure mechanism, such as unclear standards for case transfer, obstacles to evidence conversion, incomplete sharing of case information, and disputes over case transfer methods. The mechanism for linking execution procedures should not be a one-way, streamlined work mechanism. It should be started from the development of a specialized law for linking execution procedures, clarifying the transfer standards of cases, improving the conversion of evidence, establishing an information sharing mechanism, and establishing a "dual track" transfer mode for cases involving copyright crimes, to promote the smooth operation of the mechanism for linking execution procedures.
