In order to fully implement the decisions and deployments of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on the employment and entrepreneurship of college graduates, and to deeply implement the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Doing a Good Job in the Employment and Entrepreneurship Work of the 2024 National Ordinary College Graduates (Education and Employment [2023] No. 4), promote the construction of a high-quality employment guidance service system, strengthen career education and employment guidance, our school is now offering an "Specialized Innovation and Entrepreneurship Integration" experimental class for improving the professional ability of graduate students, and enrolling students in the 2023 level.
1、 Guiding ideology
Carry out guidance and assistance for improving the professional abilities of graduate students, and through training, enable students to enhance their personal professional qualities and basic abilities in the following six aspects: 1. Policy theoretical literacy: understand national policies and guidelines, have the awareness of interpreting the overall development situation of the country and combining it with work practice, and be able to understand the work arrangements of the Party committee and government. 2、 Professional ethics literacy: Understand professional norms and codes of conduct, possess a strong sense of responsibility and execution, and be able to serve the people. 3、 Legal and regulatory literacy: Understand national laws and regulations, possess basic legal awareness and legal concepts, and be able to trust the rule of law. 4、 Learning and innovation ability: timely grasp new knowledge and skills, possess the awareness and ability of continuous learning, be able to actively think about problems, propose innovative suggestions, and promote work improvement and development. 5、 Organizational communication skills: Understand the elements and characteristics of organizational management, possess good teamwork spirit, be able to effectively communicate with superiors, colleagues, and various sectors of society, and promote the smooth progress of work. 6、 Ability to establish oneself: cultivate ethical thinking, correct behavior and behavior, be honest and disciplined, dare to take responsibility, be cautious in words and actions, and strictly abide by confidentiality.
2、 Training plan
The experimental class integrates ideological guidance into practical teaching, classroom learning, and project research, enabling students to understand and familiarize themselves with the culture of future work scenarios during the learning stage, and to practice and enrich their future work experience and abilities.
（1） Training content
1. Internship in government agencies. According to the personal career interests of students, after evaluation by the chief supervisor, business experts designated by Zhengzhou or Kaifeng Party and Government, judicial organs and other collaborative training units shall guide students in practical learning;
2. Collective discussion. Based on the successful teaching experience of the national new liberal arts project "Innovation and Practice of the Collaborative Education Mechanism of Political Industry, University and Research in the New Era of Law", online and offline centralized teaching will be adopted, with a weekly or elementary school centralized teaching mode to learn official document writing, research writing, research methods, legal concepts, work etiquette, national institutions, office practices, essay exams, interview training, and so on.
3. Participate in research projects. Internship units generally attach great importance to project research and encourage students to participate in projects at or above the department level, accumulate practical research experience, and improve the level of project research.
（2） Teaching management
1. Students use no more than 1.5 days of spare time per week for office internships, and their study time in class is one academic year in the second year of graduate school;
2. The student's academic status will not be changed, and the project office will accept guidance from the Graduate School of Henan University and the Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance Center of Henan University, only managing the completion of the learning tasks of this course by the student;
3. The project office of the experimental class is led by Professor Liu Luyang, Director and Doctoral Supervisor of the Procuratorate Research Center for Occupational Crime of the Supreme People's Procuratorate.
（3） Teaching achievements
The experimental class aims to enhance professional abilities and serve students in obtaining government agencies, enterprises and institutions, social organizations, and other related fields, and encourages students to pursue doctoral degrees;
2. Encourage students to cooperate with their supervisors and affiliated departments for internship institutions;
3. The experimental class implements credit conversion or recognition, and can replace professional internships in practical activities.
3、 Enrollment selection plan
1. Quota: There are no restrictions on majors in the entire school, and 30 master's students from the 2023 level are planned to be admitted;
